The facility is shabby, needs...

Liked: The concept of included breakfast feature.
Disliked: We were told the wrong times and were offered nothing. We had to walk to nearby Starbucks. The next day they ran out of fresh fruit by 8:30 and failed to refill scrambled eggs in a timely manner.

Don’t waste your money

Liked: Nothing except daytime staff was nice. Breakfast was decent
Disliked: Front desk staff was rude when we checked in at about 12:30 AM. The room was gross, razor blade marks covered the table (the photos are only a couple spots) we had to cover it with a sheet for the kids to eat there, bedding was dirty and pullout bed was disgusting.. I tried letting front desk staff know and they were no help. Definitely don’t bring your kids here.

Liked: Location. Beautiful views of the Marina
Disliked: Finding the room was hard because it’s in a different tower which requires a physical key and we had a digital. We weren’t informed of this before check in and/or in email and there was no signage. Wasn’t a great start to our trip.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff in general and the breakfast were excellent, so I don't like leaving an otherwise negative review....BUT
Disliked: There is not adequate parking. The building screams for renovation. Furniture was broken, elevator was in poor shape, and I didn't feel safe outside, especially when I had to park on a busy street a block away.
