Nice facility, but needs improvements...

Liked: Cleanliness of the area.
Disliked: No snack hour as promised, no hot water for my shower, although my room was waaaay on the end of hall, a lot of commotion around me, beds were not extremely comfortable, and check-in wasn’t the best due to the gentleman barely saying 2 words to me - no instructions, thanks, nothing. A lot of “oops” for the price.

Disliked: The sausages could have been cooked a bit longer... I have stomach issues so I was not able to have any with breakfast.

Management is inflexible, even for a hilton gold member

Liked: I mistakenly booked this stay on booking.com for Friday night, instead of Thursday night. Fortunately when I got there, there was a room available, and they were able to book it at the rack rate.
Disliked: I mistakenly booked this stay on booking.com for Friday night, instead of Thursday night. Fortunately when I got there, there was a room available, and they were able to book it at the rack rate. Unfortunately for me, while I immediately canceled the friday night booking, the hotel refused to refund my fees, even though I did actually stay there the night before. I know it was my fault, but paying for a room twice, means this was a very poor value.
