Amazing experience, I will stay...

Liked: We stayed in a private suite, very big and comfortable. There was minor water damage on ceiling around shower, and some trim falling off, and I feel like if small things like this stayed maintained it would be more appealing to look at. Hotel was organized, clean, amazing breakfast every morning with a ton of options. The pool was out of service and hopefully this is back soon. Professional staff and friendly atmosphere, fully pet friendly which is so amazing.

Quite possibly never return as...

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean!The breakfast had a good selection to meet a variety of tastes.
Disliked: Room coffee dispenser was very unfriendly, hooky, messy.No swimming pool facilities that were open.We were woken up on 3 separate occasions by people running and shouting / laughing in the halls.Could not access the TSN channels that were advertised for viewing on the TV guide.

We had a wonderful time.

Liked: The location- walking distance to Lake Nipissing and downtown. Like the quiet surroundings. But nothing much to see and do during march break. Breakfast area is also nice.
Disliked: There was a weird smell in our room 411-unsure if it was coming from the vent or from carpet or the cleaning products? When you walk-in- you would notice it.
