Disliked: We were never told maid service was only every others day. Asked for clean hand towels and pillow cases and never got them

Disliked: we had 8 rooms booked for one night from 25th September and we requested late check out for 2 hours. The front desk staff made us pay for one more night just for 2 hours. The staff was not at all cooperative. We should have never booked this hotel and now that we know the staff how helpful they are we will never book rooms at this hotel again.
