Disliked: The first room I went to reeked of cigar smoke. The hotel is worn. The furniture is chipped.

Disliked: Honestly, the breakfast is good, but could be a bit better.

Liked: Very friendly staff very accommodating allowed me to check in earlier
Disliked: The room key didn’t work well at all in fact I couldn’t open the side door with card key . Please check / fix the key issue besides that everything was nice .

Nice studio in Cranford

Liked: Everything was greay, cozy, nice place with small kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Clean, warm, comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Feather pillows. But there is one small cotton filled for someone with allergies like me.

Liked: The close proximity to my family living in Cranford and scotch plains.
Disliked: The beds and pillows are not comfortable in both rooms I reserved (102 and 109). In one of the rooms (109) I reserved for my family, there was mold in the shower, the living room furniture was dirty and the chairs at the table had ripped material.
