I am very picky
Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

Beware of this place

Disliked: TLDR: BEDBUGS and rigid and unhelpful staffOur trouble started when we tried to check in at the normal check in time - 4PM. The room was not ready and the staff told us we'd have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. We told the staff we had a reservation at 5pm and initially they were unsympathetic and told us there was nothing they could do. Finally a staff member took pity on us and gave us our room key at 430. We made the reservation but just barely. The next morning I woke up with some bumps on my arms. I chalked it up to some contact dermatitis and went on my way. But throughout the day the bumps got worse and turned into inflamed red welts. The second day more welts appeared so I went to a nearby urgent care where the doctor said they looked like bedbug bites and prescribed steroids and antibiotics. When we went to the hotel to inform them of the bedbugs they offered to refund us for one night. We told them I got bit up on both nights and we wanted a refund for both nights. The front desk staff refused to refund us both nights saying "well you didn't tell us about the bites on the first night." Eventually they agreed to send engineering staff to examine the room for bedbugs. We stayed in the room to be sure they did a thorough job. And low and behold we saw a red bedbug crawling around the sheets. The engineers told us their test came back positive for bedbugs (duh) and they refunded our whole stay in the end. Not even a free stay was worth the pain of several bedbug bites though. On our way out we saw other staff moving a new mattress covered in plastic into another room on our floor. So it seems the bedbug problem might be more widespread than just our room. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great location, lots of breakfast...
Liked: They had a huge breakfast with hot items selections that changed daily. We loved the breakfast tacos available one of the days we were there! They also had complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby all day. We were able to check our bags before check-in time which also helped a lot.
Disliked: The shower was a little small and didn’t have great water pressure. Some things were showing their age a bit, but they were still clean overall. We did not like being approached by the sales people almost immediately upon entering the building. Also, hot breakfast items were sometimes cold and the pancakes/waffles were a little dry. It also would have been nice to have somewhere to fill water bottles during the day instead of having to buy a jug of water at the store.
