I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

Disliked: I was disappointed by my experience at the Hilton, particularly with the service at the reception. The staff seemed inattentive when I requested that my luggage be stored securely until my room was ready. I specifically mentioned that my laptop was in one of the bags and asked for them to be kept in a locked room. Although the receptionist assured me it would be taken care of, I later found my bags left unattended in the corridor. This made me uneasy, and I felt I couldn't trust the situation, so I ended up carrying my laptop bag with me until my room was available.

Liked: Location. Large suite for disabled mum.
Disliked: I did ask through booking.com about availability of a commode. I was told to ask housekeeping on arrival. This service doesn’t exist and the manager said the room itself is accessible. Showing a lack of understanding of the needs of aged people. Well, we coped, but we could have booked a commode from a hire service, had we been told from the start you did not have this aid.

Great stay

Liked: The location and breakfast were great. The room was cleaned every day. It was very advantageous that the room had its kitchen. You can find hot water 24 hours in the reception.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The elevator - quite difficult at the beginning to understand how it works.The bath - in UE we can move the head

Liked: We liked everything in the hotel except that it seems we received a room of a lower category that we ordered and paid for.
Disliked: We booked a room with a twin bed and sofa bed and twice received confirmations from the hotel that our room has a twin bed and sofa bed. Surprisingly, we have not found in the room either a sofa bed or even some space for it. After two rounds of negotiations with the staff, a cot (!) was brought to the room. We had to fold it in the mornings since otherwise there was not any space for movement in the room.
