I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

Disliked: The sofa bed is not suitable for an adult.Very poor quality

Bad.horrible the WORST!!

Liked: Nothing. A horrible super cheap tourist location which for some reason I grossly overpaid. Never again. Never!!!!
Disliked: Nothing. Came back first night: no beds made, no coffee, no towels. At $500/nite it is the worst deal ever. WORST!!

Disliked: Sofa bed for third person in the room was uncomfortable.

Liked: Very good location as far as walkability to restaurants and other attractions. The room was comfortable although I did not consider it to be a suite. The kitchenette was definitely a convenience, however, it was wedged into the space, as was the couch. I was expecting more considering the cost.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast was not good at all. Not many choices, the eggs tasted like cardboard, no bacon or sausage was offered, bagels were hard, and no decaffeinated coffee was available. I would also have appreciated a bar, I went next door to the Hilton in the evenings.

Liked: Location was conveniently close to many NYC attractions: Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building. Short walk to Subway station.The breakfast they provide with your stay is decent if you want to grab a quick bite before heading out to do sightseeing.

I really liked the location,...

Liked: I loved the hot breakfast. When we checked in the night before, I was worried how 21 floors of guests would be able to fit in the breakfast area. Well, we did it!
Disliked: When we first arrived around noon, there was a pretty big line at the registration. The bellhop or extra registration worker hadn't arrived yet and all the luggage was starting to pile up. When the lines cooled down, the two registration folks took turns getting all the luggage packed away.
