I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

Great for the price and...

Liked: Clean room, great location, decent gym, turndown service at least every other day, helpful and mostly pleasant staff. Beds were comfortable, kitchenette well stocked, liked that the room came with a decent pullout. Would stay again.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t great because all the food seemed either extremely low quality of fake. Even the cereal tasted funny. Shower is far two small to be practical. Heat didn’t seem to function properly. Room was either freezing or burning up. Bathroom door hurt my fingers multiple times trying to open it up.

Liked: Perfect location, kind staff and nice hotel. Fabulous breakfast!
Disliked: Not possible that on 2025 they change all the towels every day when you say is not necessary and housekeepers put the the diswasher everyday with 1 glass. Please, ecology!

Perfect location for enjoying the...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Location was great. Area was very quiet, so sleeping was not a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ambassadors were a little pushy, but easily backed down if you said you weren't interested. So helpful to have the ability to leave bags upon arrival and after checkout, before leaving.

Perfect stay and a marvellous...

Liked: Friendly staff, great breakfast every morning. Fantastic location, and a kitchenette that was a great bonus as I could cook for my 9 year old granddaughters most evenings. Even a little dishwasher.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like, but as I love having a kitchen, there could have been more utensils and cleaning equipment. I had to ask a couple of times for more dishwasher powder and kitchen paper towel, as there were no tea towels or sponges to wipe benches.

Disliked: Very few option for vegetarian
