Disliked: Poor policies. Staff arrogant and unhelpful

Liked: Breakfast was ok, tables were ona self clearing basis which was odd for a hotel, and there were alot of clientele coming down for breakfast in their nightwear which really wasn't acceptable
Disliked: Nightwear in the dining room, servicing of the rooms was by request even though in the rooms it said it was every other day this did nt happen at all neither was the bedding changed during our stay

Liked: The friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Not having access to stamps. I bought post cards and being from n.y. not knowing where a post office is in the French quarter.
