Extremely poor experience.
Liked: The location
Disliked: Front desk staff at night has an attitude and unprofessional, and could only provide us 1 water bottle to drink once family of 3, stating that we are not gold members. Well, I already checked out. I paid for poor service, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable and uneven pillows, not enough towels, no water was given because we were not gold members, you didn’t respond to messages sent via booking.com and the phone number doesn't work. I should have been given a discount. Now parking is $48 per night if you’re driving a small vehicle. This information was not provided during booking.

Liked: I did like that sofa turned into a bed, and the main bed is pretty big.
Disliked: The hours for breakfast during the week, were posted as 6:30am -9:30am. My family and I went down for breakfast at 9:10am. There was no eggs, no potatoes, cold sausages, no variety of toast( only raisin bagel and white bread) the bread area almost empty. There was so many people in the dining area waiting for breakfast to be replenished and instead we were all waiting and no update. At exactly 9:28am the staff began picking up everything. They literally stood behind the guest while they were getting juice, to take it and put away. We had never experience such horrible service for a place that includes breakfast. In our bathroom we had no shampoo, it looked like it had been taken and was not replaced. I did not complain as I did not have to wash my hair. But the maids went in there to clean and still did not replace it.

Apathetic Staff Filled With Excuses
Liked: Within walking distance of Bourbon St.
Disliked: 1. Check-in took 40 minutes. Why is there only 1 person behind the desk at check-in time? We had dropped off our luggage early due to our arrival time and were told it would be taken to our room for us. After check-in we were told that wasn’t true.2. Room was only cleaned once in 4 days, and even THAT was a hassle. First we were told that the room wasn’t cleaned because we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. NOT TRUE. On our last morning, we asked if our room could be cleaned. We were told yes. When we returned 6.5 hours later, it was not. We called the front desk and were asked who had promised us a clean room. Room was finally cleaned and NO towels were replaced!3. We had booked a premium room and were promised daily snacks. Snacks were NOT delivered unless we asked for them. One day none were provided and we were told none would be provided because the 1 person who had the snacks was gone for the day. They sent up a bottle of wine instead. I asked for diet soda instead of sugary soda and they said no because the snack offerings were prepackaged. So, i just wanted a bottle of water, so I went to the lobby to purchase one. Was told I could not charge it to the room, even though they had taken a $320 hold for incidentals. I did get the hold back. This staff does NOT follow through and does not care about making the stay unpleasant for clients.4. Breakfast was served until 9:30. At 9:36 a staff member asked us to leave the eating area.5. I had to call the front desk daily for issues. I was placed on hold, and when taken off hold, the lady forgot she had put me on hold. When she came back on, acting as if it were a new call, I reminded her that I had been placed on hold. She replied, “Yeah well I am going to need you to STAY on hold” with a really rude tone of voice and she put me on hold again.6.

Disliked: Staff was very unhappy and incompetent if the simple check in process was a nightmare Breakfast was trash.. housekeeping was nowhere to be found.. so many Dogs The carpet in the room had holes

Liked: Room was large and spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast was nasty. poor quality of food. long wait to check in. had to wait to be let in building and then not told there was a way to go if you had trouble with stairs. My husband has bad knees and we had to carry luggage up stairs into the place. someone needs to be inside at the doors to direct people all day and evening. it is confusing on how to open or get in the building.
