My stay was fine
Liked: The first night my room wasn’t available, it was occupied by someone else, but they were able to accommodate me with a new room and the rest of the stay was fine

Liked: When I arrived at a late check in, my room was occupied by someone else, so they had to find me another room, the new room was fine, it’s just the inconvenience of it all

Liked: Everything was super nice, clean, and location was great for people like me and my wife wanting to hit burbon street..3 blocks away!!
Disliked: I didn't like the fact I paid 300 for a room and had to pay an additional 50.00 to park my damn car. That pissed me off... for 300 I should have free parking

Liked: Dear Customer Relations,I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding misleading information provided about the trolley service at your hotel. Prior to booking my reservation, I confirmed multiple times that a trolley would be available directly in front of the hotel for transportation. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the trolley has not been operational for some time. This had a significant impact on our travel plans, as we specifically selected your hotel based on this service due to our arrival by train. Had we been provided with accurate information, we would have chosen alternative accommodations with reliable transportation access.Furthermore, as Hilton Honors members, we were surprised and disappointed that we did not receive the customary complimentary amenities typically extended to loyal guests. This only added to our overall dissatisfaction with our stay.I trust that you will address these concerns and take the necessary steps to ensure accurate information is provided to future guests. Additionally, I would appreciate any consideration you can extend to rectify this situation.I look forward to your response.
