Homewood Suites By Hilton Nashville-Brentwood

Overall a very nice place to stay. We only stayed one night but it was very nice as well as was the staff.

Liked: Lovely room; very comfortable for our needs. Bathroom was big enough for two ladies to get ready in.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good

Liked: Room was clean & had a lot of equipment, i.e. fridge, stove top, dishwasher (very nice) but toilet was very loud when flushed somewhere else close to my room. It did this all night.
Disliked: I had a government check from my agency & front desk wouldn’t take the payment & had to use my personal credit card. I learned later that someone else at the conference that they took her company government check as payment. I was here on a training conference.

Perfect place to stay!

Liked: The bed was pretty hard and I was sore after a night of sleeping. But everything else was great. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

Liked: Location was good for us. The hotel was quiet and we really liked the layout of the suite.
Disliked: The food service Mgr didn't plan very well for the holiday period. They were out of orange juice for 2 days and the food was not kept warm and available as it should have been. Some furniture in the room needed cleaned better or replaced.
