Disliked: A couple that met us there had their truck stolen off the property early Sunday morning. They self parked and since they did not valet the hotel said they were not help liable. But the vehicle was parked where the shuttle bus parks so it was still on the property by the front door.

Shockingly DISAPPOINTED
Liked: The best thing about this facility was the location..... My dad was flown in and admitted for a heart transplant... being close to the hospital was a great comfort .....
Disliked: ROCK HARD BEDS ... LACK OF TOWELS . . FOR THE AMOUNT OF NIGHTS STAYED .. HAVING TO ASK FOR TOWELS ... NEVER PICKING UP DIRTY TOWELS USING POOL THE LAST NIGHT .. .. TRASH . . GLASS BOTTLES ... DIRTY TOWELS .... NASTY .. TURNED AROUND AND LEFT !!!!!

They should have notified customers...
Liked: Everything was good about this hotel, except that the gym was closed for our entire stay. I pick hotels specifically to have gyms and they should have notified us ahead of time that the gym was closed. When I contacted the manager, Mike Davis, he was not able to give us any compensation for this significant downgrade in Facilities. In fact, the QR code on the television when we walked in still listed the fitness center is open when I scanned that website. His only excuse was that on the Hilton website it says the gym is closed, but if they are accepting bookings via this website, they should notify all customers who book this way, expecting a gym that the gym will be closed. There are many hotels I could’ve switched to with open gyms and I would have done so. I am still hoping for a refund of at least one night.
