Liked: The staff was very helpful and very caring towards me when they found out I was there because of my mothers passing.
Disliked: Everything was great

Liked: The breakfast options were great and tasted delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The location perfect to get to Vanderbilt university yet close enough to drive to Music Row and other attractions.
Disliked: I think valet should tell you that the service is optional and self parking is available. That was unclear to me when we arrived. The valet staff were friendly but I wish I was informed of the choice.

Liked: Clean, decent breakfast/coffee, water available throughout the day, spacious rooms and nice toiletries. Also like the shuttle!
