Booking will never get my...

Liked: The breakfast was great! My experience with Booking.com was the problem.The manager and workers shared it's a common issue, never will I use this website again.
Disliked: They didn't have my reservation and basically couldn't do anything to fix it.

Exceptional

Liked: It was our first honeymoon night after our wedding, and having a large room was perfect. We counted out all our money gifts and organized them and enjoyed the comfortable bed before heading out to DC for our inauguration honeymoon!
Disliked: As usual, we enjoyed the breakfast immensely, but my two desires are real butter and real maple syrup on those delicious waffles or pancakes that one day I hope to find at all the IHGs we stay at!!

I wish I hadn't tried...

Liked: That it had a full kitchen
Disliked: It looks luxurious on the outside and online and in the lobby but the rooms need to be upgraded, they're old, dusty and the dishes were dirty, kitchen wasn't clean, and the door looked broken into. The price shouldn't be as much either because it's not a quality modern hotel.

It was a good stay

Liked: The location was excellent and centrally locatedThe rooms were spacious and very cleanThe staff was very friendly and professional
Disliked: Both computers in the business center did not work for me; kept freezing upBed pillows were nor real comfortable; they were like fluffy/flat..no shapeWe were there three days so our room should have been cleaned on the second day but it didn't get done; we were able to get fresh towels
