Staff was great, but the room was not very clean (needs to be refurbished).

Liked: It was very clean. My dad was in the hospital beside this hotel. It was not only fast to get to him when we needed to, but the staff was wonderful at making us feel welcome.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The room was an excellent value. The room was clean. The furniture & mattress were comfortable enough.
Disliked: The dining chairs were falling apart pleather. When we arrived the night desk clerk literally didn’t say two words to us, even though we tried to have small talk. The area around the pool and outdoor grill desperately needed a good pressure wash & cleaning.

Disliked: The building is showing its age, the faux furniture was peeling in the suite, the bathroom showed signs of water damage or past leaks, this property is obviously not of high importance to Hilton, they are letting it run down, which is a shame the design is great

Nice staff, hotel needs a...

Liked: The location is good, and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The front desk lady when I checked in, believe her name was Yacht, was wonderful, and the lobby was clean, and plenty of parking. Showers had great pressure and great, hot water.
Disliked: Breakfast is horrible. Barely anything in the kitchen to use (plates, cups, silverware). Hallway smelled horrible, not sure what was with that. No bedding for the pull out bed, lots of broken closet doors, damaged furniture, etc. Needs a major overhaul. Only one, small elevator for the entire hotel.
