Staff was great, but the room was not very clean (needs to be refurbished).

Liked: Room was not very clean; drapes were dirty; kitchen chairs were peeling. Only a window AC.
Disliked: Drapes had a stain; kitchen chairs were peeling (pleather material).

Liked: I like absolutely nothing
Disliked: nothing was working, there was a party on our floor and people were running up and down, smoking weed and banging on doors all night.

Disliked: We started there a few years ago and was exceptional. This time, it looks like it's under new management. No attention whatsoever was paid to the maintenance of the building. Elevators were expired; no permit. The exterior is in need of a good power washing. Totally NOT up to Hilton standards.

Liked: The booking process and ease of check-in was great.
Disliked: The mattress needed to be changed and was not comfortable. The elevator needed to be serviced and felt like a gamble every time I stepped on. The hotel had all the amenities on paper but it's in serious need of some attention.

Disliked: The common area was worn and furniture was dirty. Elevator floors were filthy. Towels had holes in them. Hotel in need a total refresh. I have previously stay at this hotel over the years. Location is good. Not up to Homewood suites. Maybe should rebrand to Motel 6
