I was on the road...

Liked: The location is just east of downtown Mobile. I was unable to get a room downtown due to Mardi Gras. There are multiple hotels within a one-two block radius. This hotel is freeway close--probably only 10-15 minutes to downtown.
Disliked: This hotel has seen better days. It needs to be upgraded. Everything is tired--from the lobby to the rooms. And it reeked of disinfectant when I arrived.

Disappointing for the price and...

Disliked: Our room had tons of dust in the vents to the point it was coming out the side of the AC return. The hallway had wallpaper cut where the plumbing was behind it and there was black mold behind the wallpaper. My kids and I all got sick after our trip and had to go to the doctor. Also, the first night I plugged in my phone into the lamp charger and blew a circuit and had to call the front desk to reset a breaker which I did myself so I didn’t have to wait until the next day for maintenance. I needed the lights and outlets. It was very expensive for the condition of the hotel. The hotel was booked so we couldn’t even try to get another room, but all the hallways had wallpaper cut all the way down exposing pipes behind it.
