The hotel staff was very kind. I really liked how they had everything you could need for your stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Disliked: If you say breakfast is served until 10 staff shouldn’t be removing items at 9:45. I understand not refilling items, but what is there should remain until 10. Staff was pulling stuff away literally as I am standing (before 10am)

Disliked: I am handicapped and ambulate with a cane. I payed for parking the day we arrived swiping my credit card on entry. My son went to get the car the next morning and felt pressured to get out quickly and could not find the paperwork with the scan code to get out, and got charged $25 for parking, swiping his credit card even though I paid already. Can you fix this horrible situation? My son and I had a beautiful night away seeing a concert together which ended up with him upset and me crying when he picked me up to go home We ended up paying $50.00 for parking for one night at your hotel after paying $300.00 for one night in a King Studio Suite. Sorry. Ready to never stay at a Hilton again.
