Disliked: The breakfast buffet choice was poor, and all the hot food was cold. The coffee also wasn't hot! The staff were very rude in the breakfast area. They weren't re filling food trays and drinks as they ran out, and tables weren't being cleaned

Liked: The location was easy for us. Had everything we needed for our one night stay.
Disliked: The room was dark with windows overlooking a garage. It felt very depressing being in the room. We only stayed one night but it was not up to my expectations. I followed the app based check in procedure, chose a room and when I arrived it was as if I hadn’t already checked in. What’s the point???? Dumb waste of time and the room we got was terrible.
