Liked: Staff went above and beyond. Check in was 4:00, due to our flight we were at the hotel by 2:00 and our room was ready snd they let us Check in. The hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport, was on time snd friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our 2 bedroom suite was fitting for a family of 7. The breakfast was included and above our expectations.
Disliked: We couldn't find much to do within walking distance. The hotel did not offer anytime of shuttle even within a close range. We did find Ubers to take us to Bayside Market on Pier 5 which gave us a little something to do but for a family of 7 we had to take 2 each way which round trip cost about $125.00. The hotel is close to Miami Cruise Port but they did not offer a shuttle to the port. They will schedule a 3rd party but it's pricey. $15/pp, 2 users would've been cheaper but we didn't know.
