Just Terrible

Liked: I liked spending time with who I came to spend time with, family.
Disliked: The internet wasn't working theh wouldn't apply my husband's global hotel reward discount to to the hotel. When my husband and I complained, we were instead met with an attitude by the front desk gentleman who was white, worked on 2nd shift on a Sunday night 1/26. He had a bad attitude didn't greet us as we walked in and gave me the wrong directions to the bathroom in the lobby!

Overall, we had a great...

Liked: Beautiful, spacious room.
Disliked: Not enough hot water during showers and water pressure not as strong as we would have liked.

Wish I never stayed there

Liked: Front desk staff friendly
Disliked: Child badly injured needed emergency medical treatment due to defective furniture. Dishwasher broken, manager blamed my kid because there were random things deep in dishwasher. In our new room there were shards of glass in dishwasher before we got there. No apology.

Disliked: We had a minor issue, on the last day there seem to be a leak in the bathroom.

Our stay was amazing we...

Liked: We loved the property! The staff were very nice and helpful! They had breakfast n supper for us included with our stay! Both of which were delicious I might add! Our room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! We were so close to all the good restaurants the move n literally across the street from a Whole Foods! It made our time in Metairie so nice being so close to everything!
Disliked: I have no complaints!
