Very good
Liked: We loved the room size, location and cleanliness. It was perfect for our family during our visit to Lynchburg. I appreciated feeling safe during our stay.
Disliked: The lighting was great but would have appreciated a door on the bathroom sink area so that I could get ready without waking up my family in the morning. Also, I wish there would have been outlets on both sides of each bed. The beds were really hard squeaky.

Liked: Everything was good except what is below....
Disliked: Arrived and found the 1 bedroom suite we booked was not available. Was told Booking.com didn't do it correctly, and that is what happens using 3rd party apps.After showing what we booked, we were told they could move us the next day for the rest of the stay. No credit offered for the night and no assistance with moving other than being told we didn't have to remove everything from the room at the usual checkout time. Two days after the move, all heck broke out. Multiple charges to our card, and suddenly got charged "upgrade" fees. The room was supposed to be 1289 for the 6 nights. By the time they got processing everything, the bill to our credit card was 2200!! Spoke to supervisor Tina once the charges started, and she said she would handle it, but it didn't happen. Now Booking.com says they can't help and I need to deal with the hotel directly. Have email to them and have credit card on hold and filed a dispute of charges.
