Relaxing stay stress free

Liked: Beautiful, new, clean and staff. And also Marco front desk went beyond to assist me I had messed up my check in date and he was able to find me a suite for my family and I right away. He also made sure it was available right away with out having to way 2 hrs. And last but not least he made sure I didn’t have to move rooms the following day. We got to stay in the same suite 4 days although I had reserve for 3. No problem stress free. He made my payments easy and fast I was very tired of driving and not sleeping enough hours. He made my day by assisting me with all my issues. Thank you very much!! I appreciate it.

Liked: This hotel was very clean and also provided a shuttle bus between the airport and hotel. Highly recommended

Had everything we needed and...

Liked: Great location for us, close to food and coffee options. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Lobby coffee was always available. Beds were super comfy and our kitchen was well kitted out.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: The location was good and the room size is good for a family of 3 to 5. The coffee and cocoa in the lobby was a plus as well.
Disliked: You had to pay 5 dollars for washing machine another 5 dollars for the dryer!! Which couldn't even dry your clothes!!! It was ALL WET after dryer!! you should put washers and dryers per room especially for guests who stay long in your hotel. The breakfast was so so.. we had a ton of luggages and nobody assisted us in varying everything I guess that's how a 3 star hotel is in America?? It's like Hilton is cost cutting with the staff so funny the front desk woman was also the driver for their airport shuttle. Also their shuttle only takes you to Long Beach airport, how about your guests who leave via LAX??
