Hilton you let us down..
Liked: The location was perfect for us at the time..
Disliked: We had to wait a hour to get the keys too our first room...we didn't get our other room key till 7:30 pm ...I had too call down twice to see what was going on . The one thing I was up set about is they wouldn't do anything to compensate us for there laziness...at one point they wanted to put the second on anther floor. We arrived there around 4: 00 pm ..we felt we should have been compensate.

Liked: I like Homewood Hilton hotels. You can always stop and relax here. The room was just like the photo. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price, balanced. The staff is very friendly.
Disliked: I have been to other hotels in the Homewood Hilton chain. The hotel in London needs to work on the cleanliness of the room. It is also necessary to pay attention to the pool, as the water did not seem to be sufficiently purified and there was sand or something at the bottom.

Liked: Very Clean close by to everything needed no need to spend extra money to eat out as we had our own lil kitchen .
Disliked: Should be able to get Ice on the floor your on not having to go all the way to the lobby.

It was pretty good bang...
Liked: I liked how we could be in the lobby for all hours of the night with no complaints from the staff, they were helpful when we needed them and nice to talk to :)
Disliked: I didn't like the cleanliness of the hallways and common bathrooms. I think it could have been cleaner than it was - possibly under staffed?They also screwed up our reservation not sure if it was lack of communication from booking.com or the people who answered the phone. They tried to charge us more money than original price quoted but simply asked - is that ok? My husband said no, and they fixed it pretty fast. So it wasn't that bad ....
