Liked: All the employees we came into contact with were amazing! Spent a lot of time by the pool! Location is great.
Disliked: Chairs in our room were literally falling apart. Was there 5 nights and the room was never cleaned. Had to go down to front desk multiple times for clean towels.

I would not stay here...

Liked: The breakfast was better than expected. There was a variety of meats available. There was plenty of things for children to do besides just swim.
Disliked: I booked a handicap room a month before my stay and upon checking in there was not one available. We were moved into what they called a handicap accessible room, however, no walk-in shower only tubs, so my father was unable to shower due to this. We were there from 7/3--7/7 and only had housekeeping come by one time. I had no signs asking them not to come. I went to the front desk 2x myself for towels. For this hotel having the Hilton name... I will say Renee and Judith at the front desk were great and Rebecca the housekeeper took time to take our ironing board to my nephew's room since calling the front desk about this was no help. He had more issues himself.
