Superb

Beautiful comfortable suites - but...

Liked: Our expectancies of a Hilton hotel were high and the suites were indeed both beautiful and comfortable. The pool area and the gym were great.
Disliked: The reason why we booked this hotel was that it included breakfast, but what a disappointment. Maybe this is normal in the US - but for a European it was a total surprise - WHY would you serve breakfast on paper plates with plastic cutlery? No homemade bread, only canned fruits and basically everything was packed in plastic portion packs. By employing a good breakfast chef and a disher, this hotel could have done so much more of the breakfast experience for their guests.

Liked: Its super close to the strip. The room was super big and had all necessary amenities, kitchen, sofa, big bed, nice bathroom.
Disliked: I cant complain to be honest.

Disliked: Soft flooring in the room. It was quite unclean. Hard flooring would be much better, cleaner, and would eliminate any smell.

Liked: Breakfast was terrible and very very busy. The room was perfect for our family of 5. Front desk people were always short with us, and seemed bothered to be there. They were all very unprofessional except for one guy I believe who was the assistant manager. All the other staff we'd see in the elevator or in the halls were very nice. I was overcharged for the food items bought from the hotel store. Not very close to the strip without needing a uber or car. Overall the stay was ok but not worth the price.

Enjoyable stay, good fro family...

Disliked: Sleep couch very uncomfortable so no suitable for an extra person Only one lift was working
