Liked: Room was nice, clean comfortable
Disliked: No bath towels! Had to ask the desk clerk to find some as no house keeping staff on site. No linens nor pillows for the pullout. Didn’t get any until 7:00 pm the second nite. ( requested at 6 am)Soaps, shampoos etc are in community bottles. No telling who used them previously nor what they may have put in them.

The stay was marvelous.

Liked: I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel
Disliked: I didn't like the lack of transparency of the extra fee (damage) ,also staff didn't refresh clean linen.

Liked: Location is central to shopping and restaurants in Largo.
Disliked: The hotel staff were rude and incompetent. Did not facilitate an efficient check in process resulting in the charging of wrong cards and multiple holds. Hotel halls were hot and humid; they ran out of towels delaying check out for more than 10 guest; never received a room cleaning which likely informed the lack of towels; AC barely worked ; there were ants in the bathrooms. Ruined our visit for a family wedding.

Disliked: The shower was dirty. There was a bug in the bathroom. The bedding was horrible. The sheets didn’t stay on and the mattress was dirty. The was not sheets or blankets for the sofa bed.
