Disliked: i was very disappointed as i’ve stayed in many Homewood Suites in the past and loved them. our room was very dirty and i even question if there were bugs on the beds. the mattresses were nasty/stained, had no encasements on them, and very uncomfortable. had i not booked through a 3rd party site with no option for a refund, and it not have been 10 pm, i would have cancelled and got my money back. i left the hotel and came home to wash everything we brought with us including our bags bc i was concerned about bringing something back home from the hotel. the rooms needs to be better vacuumed and the bathroom needed to be cleaned better too.

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Lobby smelled like pesticides, and the pool area wasn't clean. There were wasps inside the pool and flying around the pool area.

Disliked: noise refrigerator, bathroom extractor doesn't work

Junk run away

Liked: Oatmeal and chi was good the first day. Was junk the second day. No chi on second day and oatmeal was runny.
Disliked: Dog poo stain on carpet. Microwave did not work. Phone was broken. Staff was only marginally component or helpful. Next to a murdering planned parenthood.

Liked: The staff was nice and clean property
Disliked: The toilet paper holder was broken in the restroom the tv did not work in the dining area. I reported it and never heard back

Place is nice and clean.

Liked: The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk was friendly.
Disliked: The pillows were not very comfortable and did not hold the weight of your head. The location changed our reservation which we didn't know about till after we got into our room. Went back downstairs and they corrected it on the spot.
