Room was very clean; maid left extra toilet paper and towels for 4 people each day which we appreciated since we had a handicap shower and we got the floor wet. She cleaned our utensils too. So friendly in the breakfast room also. Everybody smiled and said hello.

Liked: Went above great service; best hotel; will definitely return.

Disliked: An associate disturbed me by phone at dinner and claimed without even double-checking my name that my dog was barking alone in the room. Even my attempts to tell him that I had no dog could not stop him talking for minutes. Eventually he admitted mixing up names ans room numbers. That was a very unfortunate experience and situation in my dinner restaurant.

Let them know if you...

Liked: Location, large rooms
Disliked: They need to inform people that they do not clean the rooms unless requested to. This is terrible and a major value reduction. Under the shroud of being eco friendly. This old Covid era habit need disappear!
