Room was very clean; maid left extra toilet paper and towels for 4 people each day which we appreciated since we had a handicap shower and we got the floor wet. She cleaned our utensils too. So friendly in the breakfast room also. Everybody smiled and said hello.

Disliked: Coffee was too weak. Menu was inconsistent. Never any bacon. Not enough healthy choices such as plain yogurt. Muffins and croissants were seldom available.

Liked: Breakfast was ok....basic toast, eggs, coffee....could have used sharp knives to cut the fruit such would of helped.They were constantly out of coffee.
Disliked: Our pillows smell of sweat. The mattress cover smelled also.The furniture was dirty with wear and tear.The rugs were stained.NOT what I expected at all. We were so disappointed. The pots and pans had grease and oil in them. No scrubbing pad or dish soap to clean them ourselves....JUST GROSS

Liked: The staff were the best that I've ever experienced. It was a nice surprise to find a great breakfast waiting in the morning with sliced polish sausage and pulled pork as an alternative to skimpy bacon. The breakfast was fresh and a lot to choose from. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
