Room was very clean; maid left extra toilet paper and towels for 4 people each day which we appreciated since we had a handicap shower and we got the floor wet. She cleaned our utensils too. So friendly in the breakfast room also. Everybody smiled and said hello.

Okay, but wasn't worth the...

Liked: Room and facilities were clean. Most everything was functional, although there were a few minor things that were broken., The breakfast choices were very good (although the hardworking staff were a bit overwhelmed to keep the breakfast bar stocked during peak breakfast hours). The staff was fully competent, but were not overly outgoing or friendly.
Disliked: In order to use free WiFi, I had to agree to a Terms of Service that made me give up any privacy I had on my devices, including allowing full access to my phone and tablet. That was outrageous! I will not stay again at a Homewood Suite again until they give free WiFi without such privacy invasion. If they fix that, then rating would go to an 8. Price was high for what I got.
