It was about as expected....

Liked: It was everything you'd expect a decent hotel to be.
Disliked: Beds were too firm; couldn't sleep on my side. Slow elevator. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about.

We experienced excellent service and...

Liked: We appreciated the help of the staff in checking in during a blizzard, and in deciding quite late to extend our stay due to road conditions. The staff were sympathetic and helpful. They made the common breakfast area available to guests who were snowed in and looking to get a little more space. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool was warm, the fitness room was clean and well set up. When it was time to go, they were plowing the lot, and a man was out there shoveling out the cars specifically. That's definitely above and beyond.

Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff, location was great
Disliked: The rooms were filthy, dishes and food from breakfast was left out until late afternoon, trash everywhere, no pool towels or workout room towels. I’m pretty sure my child got a touch of food poisoning from breakfast, but I didn’t say anything.

I will never stay here...

Disliked: Unclean and staffing poorly

Liked: The room was very clean, and the amount of space was big enough for my family of six. I would stay here again.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay, I don't think the employee that was in charge of making sure breakfast was being filled was doing her job. Lots of things were out.
