Instead of enjoying our night...

Disliked: We booked the hotel because of the pool and hot tub. My son was on spring break and wanted to swim. We were headed to the Air Zoo 4 miles away the next day. When I booked online nothing alerted us that this was not the case. When we arrived they had a note on the front desk. Because I booked through a 3rd party.(Third party did not have this listed) I was unable to cancel. The lce machine was down so we couldn't keep our drinks cold. March Madness was on and we couldn't watch it because the tv kept going out. We asked the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. They had satellite tv and due to the wind that always happens.

Disappointing

Liked: Booking.com advertised a pool. Their pool was closed. The elevators did not work. We booked through the site and we were given a fourth floor room that we had to use the stairs to get to. Waiting to hear back from booking.com about a refund.
Disliked: No pool. Broken elevator. Wasn’t told either of these at checking until we had checked in. I wouldn’t have accepted the room had I known the elevator didn’t work and there was no pool; the only reason we wanted a staycation!

Disliked: Phone in room didn’t work told staff And rather than fix, it was told they were short staffed no linens for pull out sofa not enough towels and staff seemed indifferent. We got our own linens and towels would not stay here again for the price.
