Liked: The location is great. Love the studio style room.
Disliked: They were having mattresses replaced, and was told that the floor I was staying on would be done between the hours of 9 am-5 pm. Making it hard to have intimate time with my partner. As we did not want to be interrupted by a knock on our door. So instead we stepped out for the afternoon only to arrive back at hotel to mattresses lined outside the hallways, and job not completed as stated per memo left on desk upon checkin in the room. I flew all the way in from Wisconsin to share time with my partner and the whole mattress debacle dampened our spirits, and no one on staff informed the guests nor apologized for anything. It was less than hospitable to my standards. Other than that the hotel is FABULOUS

Liked: It was comfortable, clean , spacious, very welcoming and professional staff , nice jacuzzi and pool area , great breakfast with lots of options . The hotel is close to the stadium.Our stay was exceptional and will definitely stay again .

Very unfortunate property

Liked: The staff were nice, the breakfast was decent (immense waste at the end, made us sad seeing full trays being shoved into the lobby trash bins every morning at 9:31 after just being refilled at 9:25), location seemed good, easy access to freeways, the strip mall across the street was helpful (has restaurants and a grocery store, among other things).
Disliked: Where to start? The facility is in DIRE need of repair and upgrade. Our bathroom door was LITERALLY hanging on by one hinge, there was food and dander (?) along the wall edge of the carpet in the bedroom, the carpet was stained, the drapery was hanging off it's rails, we used spare sheets to cover the sofa and chair before sitting, the TV in the bedroom had a defective/broken screen (could see bright bars of light streaking the screen making it impossible to look at (night one when I expressed concerns about the room--the second room we were placed in, as the first was so filthy I didn't let my kids touch anything--The gent at the desk said "don't worry, you won't be charged for that stuff".... so this is known?). The pool was murky, hot, and unclean. Cigarette butts, pieces of someone's eyelashes & hair, a dead frog, and trash were strewn around and, IN the pool & hot tub. I took pictures because the amount of gunk either grew or remained the entire 4 days we were there. Big disappointment for my kids. The place is centrally located, so clearly gets a ton of traffic, but zero upkeep. Hilton.com (we are HH members) was not helpful.
