Room layout was great but...

Liked: I liked the layout of the room and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our room was dirty. The floor was layered with dirt and grime and there were spots on the pillows and old food in the fridge

Even with these problems we...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Made me feel welcome and cared about the experience. Breakfast was good but did not have all that was usually offered. Sunday and Monday there was no butter. No waffles were offered any day.
Disliked: The bathroom in 111 needs some repairs. The water in the shower will not turn off completely and the diverter is loose and the handle is not on straight. The toilet seem to have a leak around the bottom. We had to ask for toilet paper since there was only a quarter or so of a roll.

As Hilton Travel Gold I...

Liked: The location is great and Breakfast was great
Disliked: The staff at front desk was unfriendly and maybe stressed. The place is over priced.

Would stay again!

Liked: The room was COLD, just how we like it! Everyone was friendly, again we liked that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As well as fridge and microwave. Everyone was friendly. 2 bedroom king suite does have bedroom doors with BOTH rooms.
Disliked: The towel bar in one of the bathroom was broke, that same bathroom the shampoo bottle was empty. Pool is small so overcrowding can easily happen.

Would stay here again.

Liked: We liked that the suite had 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms! The breakfast was great as well!
Disliked: Our room AC seemed like it wasn’t working properly. It didn’t get as cool as it should’ve. Also the pool is small and can get crowded easily.

Liked: The hotel and staff were very nice and our room was right next to the pool.
Disliked: We didn't get THE rooms that I reserved through booking because they could not see the room type on the email so 2 adults and 8 kids had to sleep in 1 room with 2 beds and share 1 bathroom when with little to no towels when I booked for the king suite with 1king bed and 2queen beds Sunday morning no one offered room service I cleaned the room myself the guest above us on the first night wich was Saturday week extremely loud from 10pm until 4am the bk at 6am oh on Sunday the clean up guys were loud and traveled passed or room ALOT One of the ladies did offer me a discount due to the inconvenience of the room don't know if she did because the money has not went back to the card after check out and there is a 75 security deposit that they don't tell u on the website
