Liked: The hotel is new; clean and well laid out.
Disliked: The location is in a pretty high crime area of town. Also, Jackson has been having a water crisis. I felt the hotel should have provided bottled water in the rooms.

Liked: The lady who was working Saturday, January 25, evening around 7/8pm was awesome. I had some trouble with my card ( we are from out of state) she was so kind and patient with me as I figured it out. Not once did I feel rushed or an inconvenience to her. She was great, knowledgeable, and friendly!
