Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect and so spacious like a little apartment. Comfortable, clean properly. Great for a few nights around the airport!
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't bad but the warm food was cold and the selection needs a bit of improvement.

Liked: The girl at the front desk was awesome. This was the morning of Thursday, Dec 26, 2024. Unfortunatley I don't remember her name. She was so amazingly helpful. I could not have gotten through my crisis without her. The crisis being that my flights to tucson was cancelled, and then cancelled again the next day. She helped me steer through the problem and book a bus ticket. A very kind person that made me feel like this hotel had my back. You should be very thankful to have such a person on your staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately not many options for food, bathroom sundries etc. You guys really need to expand on that in the lobby because for the person on foot, there is NOTHING available in that area. When you're arriving tired and hungry right from the airport, a hotel like yours should provide some real options.
