Disliked: we were booked as two adjacent connecting rooms but when we arrived we were told none was available and our family was split between two separate rooms for our stay

Overall great stay and close...

Liked: Breakfast was hot and ready on time, staff kept areas clean and food stocked. Check in was a breeze, room was spacious and cleaned well. The pool and spa were open and maintained well for swimming in December.
Disliked: You should not have to pay for parking in this area. It is not gated, there is no security, and parking is overabundant. The coffee is also constantly weak.

Room is good; Staff needs...

Liked: The modern design throughout of the hotel was nice. All of the functions, such as the wifi, door cards, etc. all worked.
Disliked: The staff is not trained enough. 1) Someone tried to charge me for parking that I did not use, which had to refund me days after. 2) The person who checked me in told me Chome is not acceptable because "a lot of users us Chime to make fake disputes" but with no note saying that at the hotel.

Disliked: The room wasn’t comfortable for disabled people, I asked for wheelchair accessible but it wasn’t available:(

Nice place but beware of...

Liked: The pillows were wonderful. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: We should have been allowed free parking. I already paid for my room. The extra $15 per day in addition to an already higher priced room was annoying. Also carpet tacks were exposed in transition to the bathroom. We had to cover the area with a towel to avoid being punctured.
