Liked: Clean and friendly staff. Location was nice too. Lots around to est/do
Disliked: The room. In the middle of the night there was a weird noise coming from the vents. Also pillows and beds were not comfortable

Liked: Everything! Close to John Wayne airport and freeway entrance. I love the underground parking garage and the access to the elevator. The front staff is always so nice!
Disliked: Hmm nothing. Everything was perfect!

Liked: The staff was very friendly, and the room was great, and very clean as always.
Disliked: Something probably unchangeable. Whenever my guest and I stay here we can always hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above our room.

Disliked: we were booked as two adjacent connecting rooms but when we arrived we were told none was available and our family was split between two separate rooms for our stay

Overall great stay and close...

Liked: Breakfast was hot and ready on time, staff kept areas clean and food stocked. Check in was a breeze, room was spacious and cleaned well. The pool and spa were open and maintained well for swimming in December.
Disliked: You should not have to pay for parking in this area. It is not gated, there is no security, and parking is overabundant. The coffee is also constantly weak.
