The stay was very nice...

Liked: Very large spacious room. Full size kitchen. Very modern. Great place to stay for an extended time. It was very clean. The little store was nice . I wish there was a restaurant on the premises. It was nice that breakfast came with the room. Love that there was no carpet! Nice pool even though I did not use it.
Disliked: No restaurant. The $45 parking fee was extreme. The breakfast was sub par

Liked: Friendly staff! Very clean and seemed very secure and safe!
Disliked: The cards weren't working to let you in your room, and the staff would come and let you in but it wasn't that big of a deal. Really not any complaints

Was expecting a better experience...

Liked: The rooms are so spacious with lots of great amenities! The linens and towels are clean. The closet is great. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is wonderful.
Disliked: The first impression is always the valet. Right? What a delay for us - late at night after a long drive. We were forced to use the valet because the structure was full. We were ok with that because it was late. But the valet could not multi task. When we arrived there was a warm personalized welcome on the TV. That was a nice touch. We used it as a night light. When we went to turn it off we had no remote. By this time it’s after 1:00 in the morning and the phone in the room was not working. We had to call the front desk from our cell. We were eventually expecting a remote to be brought to the room. A nice front desk person offered to bring it. But none were available. After all that we just disconnected the electricity and cable. We would have done that originally but we didn’t want them to think we stole the remote. The bathrooms were recently caulked. The color did not match and the application was done by an amateur. Not a good look for this spacious suite which has the potential to be greater. The vinyl floors were cracking when you walk- like the glue underneath was crumbling. And the fridge made a weird sound all night. We were so surprised. We have stayed here in the past with great success.
