Liked: Nice room once we got the room we were supposed to and as always it was quiet.
Disliked: Put us in a non-fireplace room when we paid for a fireplace and had to check in an hour and a half after check in time. Also, parking is always slim pickens.

No doubt about it, we will be staying here again anytime we are in Indy because this was honestly the best hotel that we have stayed at so far. Would recomend it to everyone for sure!

Disliked: The room smelled of mold and mildew. The keys and outside door locks did not work properly several different times.

Disliked: Horrible. Dirty and over priced. The staff are inconsiderate and will steal. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Liked: Breakfast was very minimal however there was hot coffee
Disliked: Our unit needed a new bed and had I known the bed was so uncomfortable. I would have reconsidered staying there due to the fact that My husband recently had back surgery and we were placed upstairs having to go up and down several times a day was very concerning. I’m hopeful that there is no repercussions for my husband‘s recent back surgery due to the uncomfortableness of the bed, And having to go up and down the stairs.
