Liked: The breakfast was really great! And the location was perfect
Disliked: It looked like it was falling apart inside. Our first room we had to change because a huge spider was crawling on the bed. Also, our sending room the pull out bed had no bedding. Not enough towels and just all around inconvenient

Liked: We love staying here for a variety of reasons to include the location in Providence, the extremely hospitable staff, and the overall quality of the hotel.

Filthy bedding. Would not allow...

Disliked: Needs updating. Moved rooms due to bugs and filthy bedding. Multiple stains. Would not allow late check out and I asked a week in advance.

Liked: The location is perfect whether you want to walk to restaurants or shops nearby or take a short drive (less than 5 minutes) for more variety. The front desk was extremely helpful especially the lady working the night shift. She was so courteous and extremely helpful.
