Liked: The response time of the Huston Police department after watching as they called him "a frequent crackhead" come into the hotel and smash things like a computer.
Disliked: Drove from FL only to find the hotel gave away my room. The manager on staff at the time told me and another gentleman that they gave away our rooms weeks ago to make room for a convention block but no one bothered to inform us. Meanwhile a as they called him "frequent crackhead" comes in the lobby and starts breaking computers.
