Second visit flop

Liked: The location is great and close to where my business meeting was being held. This is my second visit here at this hotel.
Disliked: My first visit was terrific, but this last visit was very disappointing. The room I had requested and paid for was not available, so they gave me a smaller room. Then my room was never cleaned throughout my stay, so that really wasn't pleasant. Unfortunately, the staff that day wasn't as pleasant or accommodating as our last visit. We were told that the rooms were cleaned every other day. Our visit was from Friday to Sunday, we arrived there late Friday night around 11pm and left early Sunday morning, and our room was never cleaned or garbage thrown out or anything. They should have mentioned this before or during our arrival there. Other than this, it was an "average" hotel stay for us.
