Liked: Ashley R and Zanick (may be misspelled) at the from desk was amazing with her customer service
Disliked: The hotel is currently under construction, it’s not displayed in the site but it would have been nice to know we’d be woken up at 8 am on a weekend. Rooms were spacious but the beds had peeling walls and headboards

What is going on with...

Liked: The cleanliness of the property and room.
Disliked: The key card machine was not working and I had to have an employee let me into my room each time I needed to go back inside.

Inconvenient and frustrating

Liked: I like how clean and inviting the property is when you walk in.
Disliked: I booked a room online two months prior to my trip, only to arrive and they no longer could accommodate me because they overbooked. I waited for what felt like a long time to speak with a manger. Once I did she was apologetic and arranged for me to stay in a nearby hotel which they covered. While that was nice it was very disappointing and inconvenient to have to take my things back to my car and check in to a different hotel down the road. What I don’t understand is that if I booked the hotel room two months in advance why was my room given to someone else. This as well as not being able to receive a key card at my last stay because their machines were not working and having to have a hotel employee take me up to my room each time I needed to go back inside, is making me question my future trips and choice of hotel to stay.

Disliked: Room was a little smaller then shown on booking.com paid for upgrade but it wasn’t much of a difference

Passable

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The receptionist didn't know how to charge the booking payment so we spent on the line with boking more than an hour before we could check in. It was already more then 11pm with a small child. Very unprofessional staff.
