Disturbed and disappointed

Liked: I liked it when I walked in. I was greeted by Melissa at the desk. She was very pleasant and warm. She was kind and knew her job. Very welcoming. She made you wanna be there with her presence if you hadn't.
Disliked: What i did not like was when we went to the pool and my 9yr old wanted to swim and we was told that they did not wanna share the pool with "BLACK PPL" (White ppl). We were very upset, disappointed, uneasy, and disturbed. To still even be in a society today who still thinks this way is unbelievable. So, instead of arguing with these ppl, we just left. Mind you, my daughter was celebrating her birthday as well. We spent our money just as well as they did at that hotel. I am so very disappointed by that.

Liked: We love the patio this would be a perfect place to stay in spring and summer. We really enjoyed the sunrise. Our room was nice. It had a mini electric stove, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cabinets, plates & cups, 1 pan & silverware. The kitchen made it easier for our stay. We bought some groceries for our vacation to save more money instead of buying food. We really felt like home. It had a laundry guest which we had access too for a $1 which was a good deal we did had an incident but front dest help us real quick. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
Disliked: We dislike the pool. It has to much bleach. It dried my daughters hair badly. But overall we enjoy our stay.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked that when it was hard to find me in the system the staff was very nice to solve the situation, turns out it was under my partners name.
Disliked: Honestly that my neighbors were loud but overall no complains :)
