Very nice and would stay...

Liked: Loved how bright and clean and welcoming the hotel is. Everyone slept very comfortably and the bathroom/shower situation was clean and roomy.
Disliked: When we arrived, while around 8pm which I know can be odd hours, there was not a staff member in sight. We waited for a good 3-5 minutes at the desk and looked around everywhere. Assuming there was only one person working, which I thought was very strange. We went on to our room with our digital room key and then were stranded in the hallway when the digital key didnt work at all and we had to call down to the front desk. They thankfully answered and had to come bring us a physical key which was super nice but slightly awkward to be at the hotel for 10-15 min before we could even get in our room. Our door ended up being "almost dead" per the staff which is why the digital key didn't work. Once we got in and got settled we went to get the pullout bed ready and there was no sheets so we had to call and get assistance again. Not ideal for sure but nothing we couldn't figure out.
