Liked: Overnight oats was a nice touch, we did have to ask the staff to replenish them but they did so quickly. Nice presentation and clean buffet. Siobhan at the front was very helpful and good at her job! Very responsive.
Disliked: First cup of coffee was a bit old/ not hot, but poured it out and the second carafe was fresh. Powdered eggs are a standard for Hilton properties and not ideal… would have preferred real eggs or a hard boiled option. One of the pillows in the dining area on the long bench seat facing the windows had bad stains on it, maybe coffee? So much that it was distracting and a bit unpleasant to see while eating. But the seating was comfortable and the dining area as a whole was very clean.
