Everything was fine until the...

Disliked: Mistake in bill says I arrived Dec 22 which added 1 nights cost. Error on their part. I had to go through Hilton customer service to correct this. Still not corrected.I was locked out of my room and linens removed!!

Honestly for what we paid...

Liked: Our stay was pretty good, staff was wonderful, good choice of breakfast items, great location
Disliked: The bed was horrible. We had to spend money to buy a mattress overlay. The shopper door did not work and one of the drawers was broken.

Disliked: Booking.com falsely advertised the room as having a balcony and a lobby bar. This, the hotel had neither. This will be the LAST time I use booking.com
