very disappointed

Liked: the breakfast was good
Disliked: the toilet clogged in our room and i had called the front desk no answer so went down stairs no one at the desk so i waited for someone to come out. when i told them the toilet was clogged i was handed a plunger and told to leave it outside the door . i found this to be very rude for the amount i payed for one night. it was also my birthday and didn’t appreciate this at all!

Liked: Like the room and breakfast
Disliked: The room wasn’t as clean and in order. The wall looked like it had knife marks in it. The counter and the paper towel holder had some gross old food caked on

Over all a good experience

Liked: Location, size of room, pool
Disliked: Only complaint was the pool was consistently out of towels, had to ask every day

Lovely hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Location, room, beds and pillows. Pool was at a very warm temperature with a clean gym with new equipment located near each other. Very convenient.
Disliked: Breakfast. Truly wasn’t edible. No herbal tea, or healthy options. Stick to the coffee and bread assortments.
