Disliked: The digital key allows people to come and go and no one welcomes or acknowledges guests. Breakfast variety was ok

Terrible, barely got any sleep.

Liked: The location was close to the cruise port.
Disliked: Suzanne Duncan the manager was very rude after we had an incident where someone was knocking on our door repeatedly all night, she stated that the front desk clerk, Jenny lied about seeing someone on camera. As we were told originally. I told her I would reach out to corporate. She said, "give it your best shot" and hung up on me.
