Id stay again.

Liked: Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Items in room were a bit run down, broken

Very disappointing transportation services.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Waited over 1hr 45 min at FLL for hotel shuttle to pick us up after we were told 3x shuttle would be there soon. Started our vacation on a terrible note!

Price too high for what...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Took forever to get shuttle from airport - had to call multiple times. Girl at check in very difficult to understand

Had terrible experience with attitude...

Disliked: Arrived at 1510 for a 1500 check in, room wasn’t ready which is unacceptable!! Had to pay extra day for rental car, couldn’t check in till 11pm because room wasn’t ready when Check in is @ 1500. We got the furthest room away because we couldn’t check in @ 1500. So we had to return vehicle at 0430 for our early flight so I couldn’t take the hotel shuttle to the airport.
