Our stay was inexcusable. We...

Liked: Close to the hwy (but stay was terrible)
Disliked: The entire experience. -We had to wait for 20 min in the lobby with tired children for someone to arrive to check us in.-first room smelled foul as soon as we walked in. Had not been cleaned. Previous guests’ Garbage and tons of debris and dirt on the floor, old food on bed side table, hair over the bed, a huge splatter down the front of the fridge (the list goes on) but at that point we vacated the room. -given a new room that had a huge stain in the middle of the room (that isn’t even what bothered us though) it was the terrible smell of chemicals that gave us instant headaches and gave me a burning nose. This room was not very clean either but better by compassion to the other-the only reason that we stayed was due to how late it was and how tired our kids were. -never again. The experience was so bad that we cancelled our booking in Florida and stayed elsewhere (we had booked the same chain of hotels for our week-long vacation).

Disliked: The room was not clean enough. Specifically, the bathroom could have used more attention.

Liked: Great location to everything!! The staff and hotel were great! Great hospitality and breakfast was very good! Room was great!
Disliked: The only thing I would suggest is that the property seriously purchased better quality pillows! The pillows were horrible! We stayed overnight in Shreveport LA at Homewood and the pillows and bed was so comfortable! Please consider upgrading your pillows and adding a pillow top to the bed! The room was very comfortable and clean!

Disliked: We filed 4. Lose complaints and it never got resolved. Finally fell asleep at 4am only to check out at 10
