Liked: We loved the spacious rooms with kitchenette, the cleanliness, the outdoor facilities, even though it was a little too chilly to use the grill and patio. We also enjoyed the gym the pool and the breakfast was outstanding.
Disliked: If we had to pick something, we would prefer a little more updated gym facility. The peloton bike did not have appropriate petals for people without spin shoes.

Disliked: Disappointed with My Stay at Homewood Suites in FayettevilleI recently stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Fayetteville, NC, with my family for Thanksgiving, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.Upon arriving around 2am and checking into our room, I was shocked to find dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door and no fresh towels available for use. Even worse, the bed was unclean, with crumbs between the sheets, requiring me to replace them myself.Around 2 a.m., I called the front desk to request towels. While the staff was polite and promptly brought them to our room, the lack of preparation and cleanliness was disappointing. The next morning, I went to take a shower, only to discover there was no shampoo or body wash provided—a basic amenity I expect from any hotel, especially one under the Hilton brand.This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had at a Homewood Suites. My family and I usually enjoy staying at this chain, but this particular location did not meet the standard we have come to expect. I hope the management addresses these cleanliness and stocking issues to prevent other guests from having a similar experience
