Disliked: The facility needs updating.There was a bag of trash outside our window on the roof. Obviously been there for awhile. The shower control needed to be replaced. We had no shower gel in the shower. Didn't try the shampoo bottle. Several tiles in the bathroom were not attached to the floor. 2 ice machine were down had to walk to the other side of the building to find ice.

Liked: Breakfast was fine. I was about the same as anywhere else.
Disliked: Asked 2 times for additional bedding and never recieved it when I was told 30 minutes. Had to go over to the marriot and when I asked the desk manager she said you must be at homewood suites. That told me everything I needed to know about the place. Second thing was the fan in the room scratched and made so much noise it was unusable.The keys stopped working after two uses.

Definitely needs updating

Liked: Reception was professional and polite. Toiletries. Outdoor areas.
Disliked: Lack of employees, they prioritize the hotel next door. Stains, tears, worn and broken items noted throughout the room including towels, blanket, curtains and carpet. No cookware with 1 bedroom suite.

Disliked: I booked Homewood suites; a room with stove top but was relocated to Embassy, a room WITHOUT a stove top

Liked: The location was great for our trip
Disliked: We mad to change our payment method. Was told we couldn’t. Had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with booking.com. They were helpful, the hotel staff was not. After getting that straightened out, we get to our room and it wasn’t even cleaned. Had to go back to the front desk to get a different room. I reserved a king suite. The room we were given was a double queen. Very very disappointed.i did not go back to the front desk about the room because by this point, i was just too angry and disappointed. We were charged for a king suite but got a double queen. Not happy.
