We got what we paid...

Liked: Location, breakfast, room layout, maid service, fitness center
Disliked: Toilet malfunctioned, a light needed a new bulb and our entry card didn’t work but the staff fixed all of this in a timely manner

Liked: I love it no complaints breakfast was really good the room was nice and had a full kitchen
Disliked: No complaints

Disliked: My toilet in the room didn’t work. It stopped up terribly on our first night causing us to sleep in a room with bowel smalls all night. The next day we had to call for maintenance twice before actually working. And even then it would run after using it. Requested to have the room cleaned and no one cleaned and or provided clean/ new towels.

Acceptable but not wonderful or...

Liked: The location was perfect for the work I was doing, I was very close to conference center. The room and floor was quiet.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner, I ended up buying Clorox wipes, sponges, Febreze and candles so that I could clean it to my standards and that the room and bathroom would smell better. Also I cut myself on the faulty pocket latch of the bathroom door and when I called the front desk for a first aid kit they were unenthused, unapologetic and told me to come down to get a bandage.
