Adequate, "free" WiFi is a...

Liked: Good breakfast, better than other hotels in the area. A lot of space.
Disliked: A lot of noisy guests including an amplified guitar playing somewhere. WiFi required a lot of typed in information to start, and then the "free" wifi started just for Hilton Honors club members. Your ad said wifi was free, and I do not consider all of this signin to be "free". I could not get my Firestick to connect to the WiFi. Bathroom had a tiny toilet/shower area that could be closed off, and a vanity sink that could not be closed off from the rest of the room. Prefer to have a second door there.

A good family hotel in...

Liked: The staff was very nice and our room was clean and tidy. It was close to some things to do in the area and had a pool and hot tub (this is why we booked it). When our daughter stepped on a the rug tacking that was sticking up between the rug and tile on the floor they were very concerned and apologetic.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were in the dirtier side. The hot tub was out of balance with ALOT of foam. The pool had quite a few hair balls. The second day of our trip the filtration system was off completely and the hot tub was cold and didn’t work. We would also didn’t know they did birthday parties in the pool and that put a damper on our swim the first day. We walked by the front desk staff who’ve commented that we were headed swimming, we then saw a group come in to the lobby with balloons and party supplies. We got in the pool and 10 minutes later a large group of girls came in with parents for a pool party. It was a lot, so we would have appreciated a schedule being posted when they are aware of outside events. We would have chosen to schedule our day differently. We still had a fun visit but since we booked based on the pool and hot tub that was a bit of a bummer.
