Outstanding facilities, uninterested staff.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, the facility was very clean and we appreciated the handicapped access of our room (my husband is currently in a wheelchair following an accident)
Disliked: We booked the hotel through bookings.com and I had a confirmation number and email. The hotel staff member at the front desk, could not find a reservation for us. I showed him the printout I had from bookings.com and he looked again and simply said we would need to call bookings.com that there was no booking for us. We were on the phone for quite a while with bookings.com until somebody called the front desk and then miraculously our reservation was there. We had just left my husband‘s mother’s funeral and we’re trying to get into the room so we could then meet with other family members and this took up a tremendous amount of time. Additionally, my husband has a great deal of discomfort from two broken legs and a broken neck and had to sit in the car an additional hour while we sorted this out.
